6sgame Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 6sgame website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at 6sgame.net.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual upon completing the registration process on 6sgame.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Account Holder using an approved PKR payment method and credited to their account wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited by 6sgame pursuant to an active promotion, subject to the wagering requirements of that promotion.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on a sportsbook market, casino game, or live dealer table on the Platform.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required before withdrawal of funds from any 6sgame account.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the functional currency of the Platform.

By accessing 6sgame, creating an Account, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Acceptance is effective from the moment you click "Register" or first access any real-money feature of the Platform, whichever occurs first.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules published for individual games, promotions, or tournaments on 6sgame. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule or promotion-specific rule and these Terms, the more specific document will prevail with respect to that game or promotion only; in all other respects these Terms govern.

To register and maintain an active 6sgame account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 6sgame strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age during KYC verification.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person.
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful under local legislation.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of 6sgame or any of its affiliated game providers and payment processors.
• You have not previously had a 6sgame account that was closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You are registering one account only. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number linked to your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account. Providing false registration information constitutes immediate grounds for account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6sgame login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

6sgame will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 6sgame that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

• You must notify 6sgame immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• 6sgame accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• 6sgame reserves the right to suspend any account where unusual login activity is detected, pending investigation.
• Use of VPNs or anonymisation software to bypass geographic or account-level restrictions is a breach of these Terms.

6sgame operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are supported:

• JazzCash — instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 15 minutes.
• EasyPaisa — instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 15 minutes.
• HBL Bank Transfer — same-day processing during banking hours.
• UBL Bank Transfer — same-day processing during banking hours.
• Meezan Bank Transfer — same-day processing during banking hours.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are published in the Cashier section of your account and are subject to change.

All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. 6sgame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Withdrawal requests submitted by Account Holders who have not completed KYC will be held pending verification and will not accrue interest during this period.

6sgame reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the Account Holder's Real Money Balance in circumstances where fraud is suspected or where the relevant payment method is unavailable. The Account Holder will be notified in such cases.

All Wagers placed on 6sgame are subject to the game-specific rules displayed within each product. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 6sgame does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where an obvious pricing error has occurred, as determined solely by 6sgame.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or sports event, 6sgame will settle affected bets in accordance with the most recent confirmed game state or official result available. Where no result can be confirmed, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket and PSL markets are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). 6sgame's settlement decision is final in all cases.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per player. These limits are displayed in the relevant sportsbook or casino section and are subject to periodic revision.
• 6sgame reserves the right to limit bet sizes for specific events, markets, or individual accounts where necessary to manage risk exposure.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators and are not subject to appeal on the basis of perceived unfairness of outcome.

6sgame offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible Account Holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all 6sgame bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are separate from your Real Money Balance. Bonus funds are not withdrawable as cash — only winnings derived from wagering bonus funds, and only after wagering requirements are met, may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 6sgame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress under an accepted bonus will be honoured to completion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting to exploit terms, or reverse engineering of bonus mechanics — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all derived winnings, and may result in account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 6sgame and will result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing account-level restrictions.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technological aid not expressly authorised by 6sgame to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing glitches. Any winnings derived from an acknowledged software error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly poker or live dealer titles, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity through 6sgame accounts or payment channels.
• Attempting to access or interfere with 6sgame systems, servers, or databases without authorisation, including denial-of-service attacks, scraping, or reverse engineering of Platform software.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings generated from the disputed deposit.

All content on the 6sgame platform — including but not limited to the 6sgame logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive property of 6sgame or its licensed game and content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 6sgame.

6sgame collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 6sgame you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including name, date of birth, CNIC number, address, and payment method details — is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. 6sgame does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You may review, update, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected]. Certain data must be retained for defined periods in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and cannot be deleted upon request during that retention period.

6sgame is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All Account Holders are strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your 6sgame account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a playing session of your chosen duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications reminding you of the total time spent on the Platform during your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a period of your choice, ranging from one month to permanently. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period has fully expired. This is by design.

If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, please activate self-exclusion immediately and seek support from international responsible gaming organisations such as GamCare or Gamblers Anonymous. 6sgame's support team is available around the clock to assist with activation of any responsible gaming tool.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6sgame's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your 6sgame account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6sgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 6sgame has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

6sgame does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability. 6sgame will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

6sgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if, in its reasonable judgment, the Account Holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.

Upon closure of an account for breach, any Bonus Balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. The Real Money Balance — meaning funds deposited by the Account Holder less any amounts properly deducted pursuant to these Terms — will be returned to the Account Holder via the registered payment method following completion of any outstanding investigation.

Account Holders who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 6sgame support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks are completed.

6sgame reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect your rights or obligations as an Account Holder — 6sgame will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account before the amendment takes effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange voluntary closure of your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between you and 6sgame regarding the settlement of a bet or the application of these Terms, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of your account, the relevant transaction or event, and the outcome you are seeking. 6sgame will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with 6sgame's response to your complaint, you may request escalation to a senior member of our compliance team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed and a final decision issued within a further 14 days.
• Step 3 — External Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following the internal escalation process, 6sgame will engage in good-faith mediation. The parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
